Social Streets commissioned by Roman Road Trust to conduct consultation of over 200 local businesses and market traders about the support they most need.
Many local business owners suffered from ‘consultation fatigue’ due to being subjected to a series of recent consultations. Many also felt reluctant to give their time as in the past findings of the consultation have not been shared with them.
To overcome this Social Streets asked a local business owner to conduct the survey. They took the time to visit each business and allow them to answer open ended questions as well as multiple choice questions giving them the opportunity to give unprompted feedback.
Additionally, we created a fun infographic and delivered these by hand to all the survey participants.
Our community-led approach helped build positive relations between Roman Road Trust and local businesses.
